Anthony Bautista, Advisory Board
Tony Bautista has over 19 years of business development, sales management and executive leadership experience.
Currently the president of Storactive, Inc., an emerging leader in real-time data backup technology, Bautista directs
the company's strategic and tactical plans to ensure the attainment of sales and profit goals.
Prior to joining Storactive, Bautista served as Seagate Software's vice president of worldwide OEM sales and marketing.
Over his eight years at Seagate, Bautista grew the company's strategic alliances to over 150 partners worldwide. He
also managed a strategic business unit that developed Seagate Software's first object-centric backup product.
Before joining Seagate, Bautista was vice president of business development and co-founder of Dega Technology, which
pioneered image storage and retrieval systems for the automotive industry.

A. J. "Tony" Boccanfuso, Advisory Board
A.J."Tony" Boccanfuso most recently was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Chordiant Software a Public
company in the Silicon Valley. Prior to Chordiant, he has over 30 years of experience in the high technology
industry. Mr. Boccanfuso previously had Human Resources responsibility for start up companies such as OpenVision
Technologies and Arcada Software, in addition to a number of major companies including Memorex and Seagate Software.
He holds a MBA degree and has served on the executive committees of numerous professional consulting organizations.
Tony is presently the Principal in his own consulting organization.

Dave Galiotto, Advisory Board
Mr. Galiotto has over 16 years of finance experience, including 10 years of corporate finance experience in the
area of computer software and storage management. Most recently Mr. Galiotto was Vice President of Strategic Planning
and Investor Relations at VERITAS Software Corporation a leading provider of storage management software. VERITAS ranks
among the top 10 largest software companies in the world and has annual revenues of approximately $1.5 billion.
During Mr. Galiotto's tenure, revenues and headcount grew from approximately $400 million and 2,000 to approximately
$1.5 billion and 5,000, respectively.
Prior to joining VERITAS, Mr. Galiotto held a number of senior financial positions with Arcada Software, Inc. and
Seagate Software, Inc.. Mr. Galiotto's industry experience includes all facets of finance and accounting, and also
includes management of human resources, management information systems, and production and procurement operations.
Prior to beginning his work in corporate finance, Mr. Galiotto was an audit manager and Certified Public Accountant
with KPMG specializing in the high tech industry. Mr. Galiotto has a Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara
University. Mr. Galiotto is a Member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Don Flanagan, Advisory Board
Don Flanagan is the former worldwide vice president of sales and marketing for Seagate Software. He has over 25 years
of storage and technology experience and played an instrumental role in the growth of Seagate Software's sales and
marketing force. In just four years under his leadership, Seagate Software's Network and Storage Management Group
grew revenue to an annual run rate of $233 million, secured a 42% market share in the Windows NT storage software market
and built a sales and marketing team from 5 to over 300 employees.
Flanagan's sales and marketing direction gave Seagate Software an impressive $3.1 Billion price tag at the closing of it's
acquisition by Veritas Software in 1999. Currently Flanagan is chairman of Storactive Corporation and is Senior VP of
Sales and Marketing of Channel Intelligence, Inc.

Brian Olson, Advisory Board
Brian Olson is a senior engineering expert with over 16 years of research and development experience in storage management software.
Olson is currently the founder of Digipelago.com, an online provider of long-term archiving services for the preservation of high-value digital assets.
Prior to Digipelago, Olson served as Chief Technology Officer for Atempo and Storactive Corporations, managing new product development, worldwide engineering
and customer support operations for the companies' line of enterprise-class backup and archiving solutions.
A pioneer in Continuous Data Protection (CDP),
Olson helped define and grow this new storage market segment through his work in the Storage Networking Industry Association's CDP working group. Olson
previously worked for ten years at VERITAS Software, most recently directing VERITAS' file-based replication product line. A published author on the
reconfigurable architectures of parallel multicomputer systems, Olson earned his bachelor's degree in computer science and mathematics from California State
University, Fresno.

Mark Vallee, Advisory Board
A data storage industry veteran, Mr. Vallee has extensive experience in sales, marketing and business development of advanced
storage products and storage networking systems to Fortune 1000 and Global OEM customers. Over a 25-year career, Vallee has played key
roles in the formulation of product strategies, channel development and market growth activities of the industries most successful and
innovative storage companies. A true"storage sales entrepreneur" with a proven track record in driving volume sales to the industry's
largest OEM's while serving in senior OEM sales and marketing positions at Sun-StorageTek, Data General (Clariion), Exabyte and Quantum
Corporations.
Mr. Vallee began his career at Storage Technology Corporation serving in tape engineering and product marketing. From there he joined Data
General Corporation's Technical Products Division as a mass storage consultant and later joined the founders of Exabyte as their first
product manager where he was instrumental in the launch of the company's highly successful 8mm digital tape technology product line.
Thereafter, Vallee joined the OEM sales team at Quantum's Specialty Storage Products Group, spearheading DLT tape drive sales into the
Tape Library OEM's and driving dramatic sales revenue growth. Currently, he is Director of Strategic OEM Partner development for yet
another start-up, iVivity, Inc. and responsible for driving sales to storage system OEM's in the western US.
