150 submissions, evaluating new products. Finalists were then selected in 9 categories. BLACKMAGIC was named a Finalist in the Data Management
and Compliance category. The Best of Interop Awards are designed to help IT and network managers shorten the evaluation process in assessing
new technology products. By identifying innovative products debuted at NetWorld+Interop, the Best of Interop Awards assist in the quest for

"BlackMagic is about making it easy and affordable to find the right file, quickly," said Patricia Brown, president and COO, BlackBall Inc.
"This new version combines features and functionality at price points that are amenable to businesses of all sizes. We've worked to increase
operational efficiencies without interfering with the way people work by working within current work flow habits. BlackMagic 4.0 addresses
document, content and storage management in an easy-to-use package."
"When selecting finalists for the Best of Interop Awards, we're looking for products that stand out from the competition by providing a unique
solution to a problem or one that blazes new territory in the networking arena," explained Ron Anderson, lab director for Network Computing and
head of the joint editorial judging for the Best of Interop Awards.
Winners of the Best of Interop at NetWorld+Interop 2005 Las Vegas will be selected at the show and announced at an awards ceremony on Wednesday,
